What we do
Mental Health Consultation
We understand the growing challenges that healthcare facilities face regarding behavioral and psychiatric crises. Our team has specialized in the mental health field for nearly two decades and we are excited to offer our expertise to your management and staff tasked with caring for residents presenting with mental/behavioral health needs.
De-escalation Training
Our curriculum, Person-Centered Interventions (PCI), was specifically designed to train de-escalation techniques to staff who serve residents with behavioral and psychiatric needs and who reside in residential care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. PCI combines strengths-based/solution-focused approaches, trauma-informed care, and client-centered philosophies to supply service providers with the necessary tools to respond to behavioral and psychiatric crises in a manner that is both caring and effective.
Quality Assurance & Survey Readiness
With over 15 years of experience working within State and Federal regulations, we offer our expertise in ensuring that residential care and skilled nursing facilities are prepared for State and Federal survey. We will consult regarding all things Quality Assurance including but not limited to: nursing, dietary services, environmental services, and COVID-19 infection control practices.
AHA BLS & First Aid Training
We provide American Heart Association BLS, CPR, and First Aid Training. To effectively prepare your staff for an emergency, we use the latest equipment with feedback including defibrillator trainers to ensure proper CPR is being delivered.
