James N. Wade II, MA
James is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2011. He earned his master’s degree in counseling in 2014 and since then has directed behavioral health programs across the State of Missouri, providing behavioral health training and consultation to management and staff within long-term care and residential facilities, including residential facilities licensed to care for children. A sample of the training James provides includes crisis management, mental health awareness, behavioral de-escalation, and self defense/physical restraint.
Jennifer Sampson, BSN LNHA
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse who has worked in the fields of long-term care and mental health since 2006. She completed her MBA, holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and is a licensed Missouri Nursing Home Administrator. Jennifer has served as a nurse’s aide, med tech, charge nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nurses, and Nursing Home Administrator. She is also certified as a CNA Instructor, L1MA and Insulin Instructor/Examiner, and an American Heart Association BLS Instructor.
Natoshia Rivera
Natoshia has worked in the mental health field since 2011, with duties including direct patient/client care, testing and evaluation, de-escalation, group facilitation, staff training and facility management, just to name a few. Natoshia has worked with a variety of different populations ranging from children with Autism to older adults with severe mental illness, and is certified in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, proving her to be a well-rounded asset to any mental health services provider.
